The goal was to design an identity that feels native to the island, not imposed. We grounded the visual system in nature and mysticism — weaving in symbols, vegetation, and animal figures. At its heart: a group of monkeys worshipping an all-seeing eye, a talisman that protects the island and its energy. The color system reflects the rhythm of the day: warm orange hues for the daytime, deep purples for the night.
The identity is subtle, but layered — just like the island itself. Every visit reveals something new.
Ban Sabai is structured into three spaces — bar, restaurant, and beach. We created a system that distinguishes them visually without breaking the overall brand feeling. Daytime Ban Sabai is sunlit, laid-back, and light. The evening version is immersive, mystical, and calm.
The brand system adapts across formats — from menus and animations to signage and digital platforms.
